Rental Price: The rental price includes the rent, utility costs (heating, water, hot water, electricity and firewood). Bed linen and towels are included in the price for stays of one week or more. Normal cleaning is also included for stays of one week or more but if additional cleaning on departure is necessary it will be charged for accordingly.
Damage Deposit: A €350 damage deposit is required with the final payment for the rental. The cheque will not be cashed, without informing you before. After the chalet has been checked, we will confirm within eight days that there is no reason to use your deposit.
Reservations: Reservation confirmed when the deposit of 25% of the rental fee is received.
The remaining rental fee will be paid two weeks before arrival.
Cancellation: The deposit is non refundable unless we are able to re-book the chalet.
Arrivals/Departures: The chalet will be available from 16.00 hrs. Arrangements for your arrival will be made with Andy Kimmerling http://www.chatel-chalets.com/ Please leave the chalet by 10.00 hrs.
If you wish to arrive or depart at other times, please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate requests.
Checking on Departure: The chalet is made available to you with all necessary furniture, equipment and utensils for the recommended number of persons.
On arrival please check that it is in good condition.
The chalet will be checked when you have left. The repairs of damaged equipment or furniture, or the final cleaning if you leave the chalet in a condition making it necessary, will be charged against your damage deposit. The amount of the deposit does not limit the extent of your responsibility.
Insurance: The owner of the chalet has an insurance contract covering the various risks related to its ownership and usage. Your personal belongings are not covered by this insurance, so you will have to insure them against fire or theft if you feel it is necessary.
